PV-100

The PV-100 is our entry-level benchtop SEM with a tungsten filament electron source, designed for labs where space is at a premium. But small size doesn't mean you have to compromise on features. The PV-100 comes with a 5-axis motorize stage, and the new GUI simplifies operation while allowing both novice and expert users to easily obtain high-quality images. With an effective magnification of 70,000×, the PV-100 is ideal for routine, QC&QA and research, with a sample exchange time within 60 sec.

The PE-100 is a compact SEM with full-size performance. Supplied with a tungsten filament source, the PE-100 has an effective magnification of over 100,000×. Ideal for imaging larger samples due to its large camera size, the PE-100 comes with an impressive set of features typically seen on more expensive microscopes, including a navigation camera and a camera imager for added versatility.

Equipped with a 5.0 MP Sony CMOS sensor with 12-bit grayscale conversion and 24-bit color reproduction, it can be used via the USB data interface or via the WiFi interface.

The CMEX camera streams H.264 encoded high-resolution images simultaneously to multiple WiFi-enabled smartphones, tablets, or computers running iOS, Android, or Windows operating systems.
