The quality of any product or material depends on the quality of sample preparation. Therefore, it is essential to coordinate the various parameters during grinding: material properties, sample size and volume, grinding time and final particle size distribution, and possible wear of the grinding tools—everything counts. PULVERISETTE 3 Pro

Precise sieving with automatic amplitude control The high-performance vibrating sieve ANALYSETTE 3 PRO offers everything you need for rapid determination of quantitative particle size distribution in the laboratory. As a vibrating sieve system with electromagnetic drive, it oscillates the sieve stack in regulated vertical oscillations and is the ideal solution for sieving sample quantities of up to 2 kg and a measuring range of 20 μm to 63 mm. Strong and compact With a maximum feed size of 25 mm and a variable rotor speed of 500-6000 rpm, the FRITSCH PULVERISETTE 29 mini cutting mill quickly and powerfully grinds semi-hard, soft, tough, fibrous, elastic-tough, and temperature-sensitive materials, such as cereals, seeds, or even plastics and other materials with a low specific density, with reliably reproducible results. Thanks to the variable rotation speed adjustment between 500 and 6000 rpm, you can precisely adjust the grinding process for each sample. And like all FRITSCH cutting mills, the Mini Cutting Mill also stands out for its simple and quick cleaning. The rotor knives, as well as the fixed knives, are rotatable and therefore particularly durable. Handling couldn't be simpler, as the rotor and fixed knives are simply inserted. The cutting distance does not need to be adjusted.

Ideal for large quantities. The PULVERISETTE 5 planetary mill from the classic line with 4 work stations delivers fast and reliable loss-free grinding results for hard, medium-hard, soft, brittle, hard, and moist materials, thanks to the particularly energetic effect of the grinding balls. The mill is suitable for colloidal fineness.

Depending on the desired final fineness, grinding can be carried out dry, in suspension, or under inert gas. In addition to grinding, the planetary mill can be used for mixing and homogenizing emulsions and pastes, or for mechanical activation and alloying in materials research.

Powerful and robust

Jaw crushers are ideal for pre-crushing very hard, hard, medium-hard, brittle, viscous, and temperature-sensitive materials. The sample is crushed by applying high pressure between a fixed and a movable jaw.
To prevent annoying wear, the grinding tools are available in steel of different hardnesses, tungsten carbide carbide, and zirconium oxide.

Efficient shredding thanks to maximum rotor speed

The classic FRITSCH PULVERISETTE 14 variable-speed rotor mill line is the ideal mill for fast and efficient grinding of soft to medium-hard, brittle and fibrous materials, as well as temperature-sensitive samples, proven worldwide for use in trace analysis.

Difficult-to-grind or extremely temperature-sensitive samples, such as styrenes, polyester, synthetic resins, films, PVC, PP, and PE, can be embrittled by adding liquid nitrogen and then ground on the classic PULVERISETTE 14 line. The motor speed can be varied between 6,000 and 20,000 rpm in thousand-speed increments, allowing the mill to be tailored to each specific application. An automatic speed compensation function ensures ideal adaptation of the grinding to the specific grinding behavior of the sample. At the same time, fast and efficient grinding significantly reduces thermal stress on the sample.

" PULVERISETTE 16 "

The fastest grinder for all tasks

With an adjustable rotor speed of 2,000 to 4,000 rpm, the FRITSCH PULVERISETTE 16 cross-rotor mill is the ideal universal mill for fast and gentle pre- and fine-grinding of medium-hard and brittle materials up to a Mohs hardness of 6 in. It is ideal for laboratories, pilot plants, and industry. Grinding can be carried out in batches or continuously.

The maximum feed size for bulk solids is up to 25 mm. For batch operation, a 5-liter collection vessel with a filter hose is supplied as standard. For larger quantities, a 30-liter collection vessel with a filter hose is also available. The final fineness depends on the choice of lower sieve and the breaking properties of the respective material. Thanks to the powerful drive and a rotor speed of up to 4,000 rpm, a final fineness of < 100 μm can often be achieved after the first pass. The PULVERISETTE 16 offers maximum operational safety: if the quick-release lock is opened unintentionally, a safety switch activates the motor brake, bringing the rotor to a standstill.
